Classic examples of this include both parameter space studies and Monte Carlo integration, which find wide application in a variety of Physics problems. Participants will take away example simulations that allow for the parallel solution and visualization of parameter space studies in 2-D and for parallel Monte Carlo integration.=0A=0AAssumed background: basic computer literacy; either 2 years of undergraduate physics or a bachelors degree in mathematics, or equivalent.
