When viewing the Technical Program schedule, on the far righthand side
is a column labeled "PLANNER." Use this planner to build your own
schedule. Once you select an event and want to add it to your personal
schedule, just click on the calendar icon of your choice (outlook
calendar, ical calendar or google calendar) and that event will be
stored there. As you select events in this manner, you will have your
own schedule to guide you through the week.
You can also create your personal schedule on the SC11 app (Boopsie) on your smartphone. Simply select a session you want to attend and "add" it to your plan. Continue in this manner until you have created your own personal schedule. All your events will appear under "My Event Planner" on your smartphone.
ABSTRACT: The IBM Blue Gene series is poised for the debut of the next-generation BG/Q, expected to reach at least 20 petaflops in 2012. This forum is hosted by the Argonne Leadership Computing Facility (ALCF) and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) which have large BG/P installations and have been involved in a design collaboration on BG/Q as well as experimental work on pre-release systems. We will update application developers and the user community on the new platform. Representatives from IBM will give an overview on BG/Q, along with ALCF and LLNL discussing their deployment plans already in progress. Other large Blue Gene sites, the Juelich Supercomputing Centre and King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, will present updates on their status and plans. Members of the Blue Gene community are encouraged to join us for open discussion on the transition from BG/P to BG/Q including application development strategies.
