When viewing the Technical Program schedule, on the far righthand side
is a column labeled "PLANNER." Use this planner to build your own
schedule. Once you select an event and want to add it to your personal
schedule, just click on the calendar icon of your choice (outlook
calendar, ical calendar or google calendar) and that event will be
stored there. As you select events in this manner, you will have your
own schedule to guide you through the week.
You can also create your personal schedule on the SC11 app (Boopsie) on your smartphone. Simply select a session you want to attend and "add" it to your plan. Continue in this manner until you have created your own personal schedule. All your events will appear under "My Event Planner" on your smartphone.
ABSTRACT: The Partnership for Advanced Computing in Europe (PRACE) is an international non-profit association. It forms the top level of the European HPC ecosystem.
European researchers and their international collaborators with applications of potential for high scientific and societal impact may request resources on PRACE systems. Grants are awarded after peer review by leading European researchers. By mid 2011 PRACE granted 1.1 billion CPU hours to 36 high profile scientific projects. In addition, 54 million core hours of will be available through cross-national Tier-1 access.
Outstanding research results achieved with PRACE resources, and how to apply for resources, services, and application support on PRACE’s Tier-0 and Tier-1 systems will be presented. The session is a unique opportunity to talk to PRACE representatives and to establish contacts with other researchers requiring HPC resources.
PRACE receives funding from the EU's FP7 under grant agreements RI-261557 and FP7-261557.
