Special Provision for Delayed Submissions from Japan

SC11 recognizes the devastating impact that the recent natural disaster in Japan has had on many people, and that there will be disruptions to people's lives and schedules. We extend our sympathies to everyone who has been impacted by this disaster and keep you in our thoughts.

For those affected by the current situation in Japan that have an interest in submitting to any aspect of the SC11 Technical Program with an April submission deadline, you are encouraged to contact us prior to the current submission schedule deadline at techprogram@info.supercomputing.org . We will work with affected Authors and Presenters to determine a modified schedule that allows you to attend to more pressing matters at this time, and then provide your submission on a schedule that allows us to meet our internal deadlines.
